About Dee

I'm Dee (she/her), a qualified and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Psychotherapist and a member of the BABCP.

My passion is people - specifically helping them with change or transitions in their life. We all need a little help and support sometimes - especially during difficult times. Life can be overwhelming and daunting - as can our thoughts.

I aim to make accessing support as easy as possible, by providing a safe, confidential, holistic and non-judgemental environment that is tailored to your specific needs, where we can work at your pace.

Whatever you are experiencing, even if it seems overwhelming or too small, there is a good chance therapy can help. Together we will work to achieve your goals.
